Jeff Greenberg - President

Born and raised in Boston Mass.
Married to Wife Sherry for over 40 years and have two children and one grandchild.
President of MVP Sales & Leasing Inc. which leases and sells cars, trucks and vans.
MVP has been in business for over forty years.
Formed Friends of Lincoln Kids (formerly Friends of Lincoln Parks and Recreation) in 2005.
Served on the 4th of July festival committee for two years.
Served as a board member of Lincoln Kiwanis, Lincoln Parks and Recreation, and past president of Lincoln Pal. Served as a board member of the Community Foundation of Lincoln and Event Chairman for the Historic Downtown Lincoln Merchants Association.

John Quillan - Vice President
Educated at the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Masters in Education.
Ex-small business owner.
Presently advocating for the elderly in Mendocino County.
Past member of the Economic Development Committee for the City of Lincoln.
One of the original members for Friends of Lincoln Parks and Recreation.
Past member of the PALS Board.

Frank T. Castellano
Born and educated in New York
Served four years in the U.S. Navy in Washington D.C.; first at the Naval Photographic Interpretation Center,
later transferred to the Pentagon to the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Worked as a Design Engineer for an electronics metal company overseeing the entire running of the facility
with emphasis on precious metals security and production. Rose to Vice President.
Served on Board of Directors for: Secon Metals Corporation, Hillcrest Youth Club, and President of the
Hilltop Swim Club.
Moved to California with the sale of the company to transfer to the new owners.
Retired in 2003.

Keith Proctor
Owner of KIP Electric and Proctor Sound & Lighting located in Lincoln, is an electrical contractor that provides electrical services to the residents of Lincoln and the surrounding areas. He won "Best Electrician" 2008 and a nominee for small business of the year 2006.

Keith has been a bass player for over 30 years and has worked and played with many different styles of music and musicians. He has been mixing sound for over 20 years and most of these years were spent in Kauai doing major corporate events. Proctor Sound & Lighting provides live sound & lighting for bands and events.

Keith is a member of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and continues to donate many hours to charity events.
